Eric has a broad consulting background in designing and implementing technical, complex enterprise technology initiatives that provide real return on investment, competitive advantage and growth for international companies. These initiatives have maximised the effectiveness of enterprise software systems and has been instrumental in tackling tough issues for his clients. Before joining JKL Capital UK in 2023, he advised several companies on strategic innovation initiatives that align with financial, technical and functional long term corporate goals. To leverage his technical experience, he is responsible for advising the Board at JKL Capital UK on transactions relating to growth stage technology companies across Asia and developing deep relationships within the technology community.

Jayden is the Senior Investment Associate at JKL Capital, where he is responsible for driving the firm’s strategic and investment initiatives across Asia. With over five years of experience in private equity and venture capital, Jayden has honed his expertise across Greater China. Before joining JKL Capital in 2023, Jayden was a founding team member at a USD-RMB mid-cap buyout firm in Shenzhen, China. He also worked as an investment associate within the alternative investment arm of a Chinese investment bank, where he successfully executed multiple high-impact investments with nearly USD 100 million in total, including one that achieved a public listing, and deal exits. Throughout his career, Jayden’s track record has demonstrated his strong ability to discover and capitalise on promising opportunities in emerging markets, particularly within advanced manufacturing and electric vehicle sectors. Jayden brings a wealth of expertise to JKL Capital, contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth in the region.
Peter is the Senior Investment Associate at JKL Capital UK, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm's strategic and tactical asset allocation, as well as fund selection and management. With over 15 years of experience in financial and operational management across various global asset classes, particularly in equities, private equity, venture capital, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies, Peter brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Prior to joining JKL Capital UK in 2022, he co-founded and led a virtual multi-family office in Switzerland, where he served as the strategic thought leader and successfully developed and executed numerous investment strategies. Throughout his career, Peter has been dedicated to identifying and capturing high-growth opportunities in emerging markets and technological sectors, earning widespread recognition for his deep industry knowledge and keen market insights.
Xi is a dual-qualified lawyer with tech and business background. She is a good person.

Baroness Manzila Pola Uddin is a trailblazer in British politics, who made history in 1998 as the first Muslim woman appointed to the House of Lords, becoming its youngest female member and the sole Muslim and Asian woman at the time. Uddin has been long campaigning for the increase of skills of Asian women living in Britain. A dedicated advocate, Baroness Uddin co-founded the Jagonari Centre in 1987, the UK's inaugural purpose-built education and training center for Asian women in Whitechapel, East London.
